Gemma Regan

As a young mom, I first fell in love with birth & breastfeeding during my first Lamaze Class in 1976. The wonder and beauty of it all drew me close to the miracle inside of me.

When I became a nurse in 1980, I quickly realized my passion in coming along side of families as they step into their new role of parenting.

Fast forward to 2020, I started this small business of Birth & Lactation Connection helping mothers with breastfeeding in the privacy of their homes, bringing decades of clinical experience with me.

In 2025 - I officially retired from taking care of the physical needs of families and I passed the baton on to my esteemed colleague, Jessica Miller.

Jessica and her team will help you navigate the challenging days/months and years of breastfeeding your baby. They will meet you with skill, experience, resources, and a caring smile! 

LPN, Lamaze Birth Educator and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. .. sound impressive ... but my favorite titles are just "Mom" and "Grammy”!  

So, even though I’m no longer working “hands on” with our BLC community; I’ll be watching and cheering for you all in the background!!

I treasure all the “connections” made over the years and I’m forever grateful for the opportunity and privilege to serve our families.
